Job description

  • Design intuitive and user friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Create visually compelling and well structured PowerPoint presentations
  • Ensure visual consistency across products by adhering to brand guidelines and established design systems
  • Translate business goals and user needs into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle
  • Conduct basic user research and usability testing; iterate designs based on insights and feedback

Requirements

We are seeking a creative and detail oriented UI/UX Designer with 3-7 years of hands on experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will design intuitive, user centric digital experiences and visually engaging assets. Alongside core UI/UX responsibilities, this role also involves creating high quality PowerPoint (PPT) presentations., * 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design

  • Strong proficiency in tools such as PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
  • Solid understanding of:
  • User centered design principles
  • Responsive and adaptive design
  • Typography, color theory, and layout
  • Experience designing for web and/or mobile platforms
  • Strong PowerPoint (PPT) skills, including layout, visual hierarchy
  • Good communication, collaboration, and time management skills

Application Requirements

  • Candidates must submit a design portfolio along with their resume
  • The portfolio should go beyond ready made templates or work created solely for interview purposes
  • We are especially interested in your problem solving approach and design thinking-including research, explorations, iterations, constraints, and trade offs-not just the final visuals

Good to Have

  • Experience collaborating closely with developers and an understanding of basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript constraints
  • Familiarity with design systems and component based UI design
  • Experience creating pitch decks, proposals, and executive level presentations
  • Ability to experiment with vibe coding for rapid UI ideation and prototyping
  • Experience using AI assisted tools to convert Figma designs into code (e.g., React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks)
