Requirements
- Must currently possess an Active US Government Secret clearance (with ability to possess TS).
- Bachelor's Degree of Science (or equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work experience of 8+ years with BS, 6+ years with MS, 4+ years with PHD.
- Experience performing system engineering activities across the development cycle (analysis/decomposition/derivation/allocation of requirements, system modeling & simulation, system design & development, IV&V, Environmental Testing).
- RF Domain experience.
- Test equipment and Hardware integration experience
- Experience being part of a multidisciplinary project team
- Excellent communication skills, forward thinker who enjoys solving complex problems
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Working experience with SDRs and Radar applications.
- Experience working on System Engineering tasks on a space platform.
- Technical lead experience and IV&V (Integration, Verification & Validation) experience on space platforms.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline and 11 years of experience.
- Active US Government Top-Secret/SCI clearance.
- Experience with system analysis techniques such as link budget, latency, calibration, timing, and synchronization.
- Familiarity or experience with Agile Methodologies and Tools.
- Model based systems engineering experience with tools such as Magic Draw.
- Experience with technical performance measures and cost account management.
Benefits & conditions
Full-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270
