IT Project Manager - Agile Delivery (Dynamics 365 / Azure DevOps)

Our client is seeking a high-performing IT Project Manager to lead project delivery for a cross-matrixed team of internal IT members and business partners working in the Dynamics 365 space. You'll manage multiple concurrent projects of varying size, guiding a team that is actively transitioning to Agile work management - so this role is perfect for a PM who has hands-on experience implementing Agile principles with teams that are still building that muscle.

This is a hands-on delivery role. You'll run the ceremonies, own the boards, build the project plans, and keep execution moving across interconnected systems and stakeholder groups.

What You'll Do

• Lead Agile ceremonies and sprint execution for a team newer to Agile - coaching, modeling, and reinforcing Agile principles as the team matures
• Manage backlogs, sprint planning, and traceability in Azure DevOps
• Coordinate release management across dev, test, and production environments, working with all teams involved in the release pipeline
• Build and manage comprehensive project plans that map dependencies, milestones, and execution steps across multiple teams and systems
• Translate problem statements into well-defined tasks with clear owners and timelines
• Partner with business analysts, technical teams, and business stakeholders through discovery, planning, and execution
• Navigate a complex technology landscape with multiple applications, system dependencies, and upstream/downstream integrations
• Contribute to change management planning and launch execution to drive smooth adoption
• Manage workflows, documentation, and product lifecycle processes in tools such as Azure DevOps and Windchill

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Strong Agile leadership - you've implemented Agile principles within a team before, not just participated in ceremonies. Experience supporting teams less familiar with Agile is critical.
• DevOps environment experience - running boards for backlog and sprint management, and coordinating release pipelines across dev-test-prod environments. Azure DevOps proficiency strongly preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholder groups, multiple applications, and system integrations
• Experience supporting an enterprise platform such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, or SAP (Dynamics 365 a plus)
• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and highly accountable, with a passion for delivering quality, compliant outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• PMP or similar certification
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industries
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments
