Job description
We are seeking a Virtual Dataroom Coordinator - Trade Services Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in syndicated loan operations, virtual dataroom management, and financial document review and a proven ability to manage confidential information flows, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate across trading, legal, and compliance functions., * Create and maintain a portfolio of virtual datarooms.
- Review, track, and post documents to virtual dataroom sites.
- Add external clients and counterparties to secondary virtual dataroom sites.
- Manage and facilitate corporate actions with the trading desks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Manage borrower information flow for Credit Portfolio Group, Total Return Swap Desk, and Credit Trading Desk in line with compliance policies for Private MNPI.
- Field ad-hoc inquiries from internal and external clients.
- Coordinate accuracy of datarooms with Loan and Agency Services, offshore teams, borrowers, lenders, Legal, and Compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with trading, portfolio management, operations, legal, and compliance teams.
- Participate in projects and working groups to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Identify control gaps and efficiency opportunities and propose scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 3+ years of relevant financial operations experience.
- General understanding of finance and loan products.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical capability, and clear written and verbal communication.
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under deadlines.
- Team-oriented with effective collaboration and leadership skills.
- Decision-making abilities with escalation judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, self-motivate, and demonstrate a reliable work ethic.
Preferred Skills:
- Syndicated loan knowledge in trading, corporate actions, and loan operations.
- Experience with virtual datarooms such as Syndtrak, Debtdomain, or Intralinks.
- Experience reviewing loan documentation, legal documents, and financial statements., * Potential for hire conversion at grade 601. Role not eligible for employer-sponsored immigration support.
- Top skills: attention to detail, ability to multitask, ability to work under tight deadlines.
- What stands out: loans experience, familiarity with dataroom sites, experience reviewing financial documentation.

Role Logistics and Notes
- Work schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, 100% onsite, no planned overtime.
