Job description
As an SAP Consultant Sales & Distribution (SD), you are responsible for delivering high-quality services within the SAP Logistics domain. You ensure compliance with service levels, manage delivery activities, and maintain smooth operations across a distributed delivery model, including offshore teams.
In this role, you act as a trusted subject matter expert for the client, collaborating closely with both internal teams and the Service Delivery Manager to guarantee superior service performance.
Key responsibilities:

Take ownership of cross-domain incidents, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Monitor and report on service-level agreements (SLAs) across all relevant domains.

Maintain, optimize, and oversee dashboards that track performance metrics and service quality indicators.

Act as the primary owner for COSUI-related tasks, improvements, and enhancements.

Support operational leadership activities and contribute with hands-on guidance within the team.

Requirements
- Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
- Solid understanding of logistics processes and the SAP integration landscape.
Preferred (Bonus) Competencies:
- Experience with SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
- Familiarity with SAP Ariba for procurement workflows and supplier collaboration., * Experience using ServiceNow for incident tracking, SLA monitoring, and reporting.
