SAP SD Consultant

As an SAP Consultant Sales & Distribution (SD), you are responsible for delivering high-quality services within the SAP Logistics domain. You ensure compliance with service levels, manage delivery activities, and maintain smooth operations across a distributed delivery model, including offshore teams.

In this role, you act as a trusted subject matter expert for the client, collaborating closely with both internal teams and the Service Delivery Manager to guarantee superior service performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of cross-domain incidents, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Monitor and report on service-level agreements (SLAs) across all relevant domains.

• Maintain, optimize, and oversee dashboards that track performance metrics and service quality indicators.

• Act as the primary owner for COSUI-related tasks, improvements, and enhancements.

• Support operational leadership activities and contribute with hands-on guidance within the team.

• Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Solid understanding of logistics processes and the SAP integration landscape.

Preferred (Bonus) Competencies:

• Experience with SAP VIM (Vendor Invoice Management).
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba for procurement workflows and supplier collaboration., * Experience using ServiceNow for incident tracking, SLA monitoring, and reporting.
