Job description
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve complex 2nd line incidents and service requests.
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls and access points, to ensure new sites and projects become operational as quickly as possible.
- Provide technical expertise across Windows, Android and iOS environments.
- Administer and support Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Intune.
- Support and coach the 1st Line Service Desk, helping colleagues resolve incidents more efficiently and develop their technical skills.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives following ITIL best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a 2nd Line Service Desk or IT Support role.
- Strong hands-on networking experience, including switch configuration (essential).
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and enterprise network troubleshooting.
- Practical experience with Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory (including advanced administration), Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes, particularly Incident and Problem Management.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.
- Customer-oriented, able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
- Native French or Dutch + Fluent in the second langage and English
