- Software Testing: Minimum 5 years of experience
- Test Automation: Minimum 5 years of experience
- Integration Layer Testing: Minimum 2 years of experience
- IBM MQ: Minimum 2 years of experience
- HP ALM / OpenText AQM: Minimum 2 years of experience
- C#/.NET: Minimum 2 years of experience
- MSTest: Minimum 2 years of experience
- Agile/Scrum Methodology: Minimum 2 years of experience
