You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field and have at least five years of relevant professional experience.

Backed by strong AI expertise, you are confident in the maths and statistics behind machine learning and hands-on with modern LLM tooling such as RAG, agents and prompting. You know the difference between a Random Forest and a RAG, and you put both into production.

Databricks feels like home to you, or you bring deep experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP or others). AI-native development with coding agents is how you set a new standard for delivery speed.

You think like an entrepreneur with a business mindset: you understand the business behind the use case, work closely with stakeholders and ship end-to-end applications with measurable outcomes.

You are fluent in working English, German is a big plus.
