Project Manager ERP S/4HANA

The position is graded in the non-tariff category (AT1), based on a weekly working time of 40 hours and provided that all tasks and requirements of the role are met., We are looking for an experienced Project Manager SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to lead international rollout projects across multiple locations and business functions. In this role, you will take ownership of complex transformation initiatives, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, standardized SAP solutions that drive long-term business value., * Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects from project initiation through go-live and stabilization.

• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, governance, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and IT.
• Drive project delivery using SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and key stakeholder discussions.
• Ensure alignment with the global template and Fit-to-Template approach while supporting local business requirements.
• Build strong relationships across teams, functions, and regions to ensure successful project outcomes., * You will work with a high degree of independence and scope for decision-making

• Experience:

• 5-10 years of professional experience in ERP and project management environments.
• Successfully delivered at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud rollout projects as the responsible Project Manager.
• Proven experience across the full lifecycle of a public cloud ERP rollout within a manufacturing environment, from project initiation through go-live and stabilization.

• Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
• Strong background in ERP programs covering Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales.
• Solid understanding of both the technical and organizational aspects of ERP transformation projects.
• Experience leading international teams and working with stakeholders from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
• Proven ability to manage complex international rollout projects across multiple locations and business functions.
• Structured and transparent approach to project governance and communication.

• Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.German language skills are an advantage.
