Requirements

  • Abschluss in Informatik, Programmierung oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung produktionsreifer Software (CI/CD, RBAC, InfoSec) sowie in der Entwicklung von Software mit eingebetteten KI-Agenten
  • Kenntnisse in Python und JavaScript sowie in agentischen Frameworks (z. B. Strands, LangGraph oder vergleichbaren Agentic SDKs), Harnesses (z. B. MCP, A2A, APIs), IDEs und Trace-Routern
  • Winning Attitude mit unternehmerischem Denken, Wissbegierde und Kreativität sowie einer ausgeprägten Kunden- und Teamorientierung
  • Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
