Job description
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will support the Marketing organization by delivering actionable insights, monitoring campaign performance, and developing data-driven recommendations that improve business decisions. You will own marketing dashboards, define key performance metrics, and partner with stakeholders to optimize acquisition, engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness., Marketing Analytics
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Marketing team.
- Analyze marketing performance across paid search, paid social, email, organic, and other acquisition channels.
- Provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Reporting & Dashboard Development
- Build, maintain, and improve marketing dashboards.
- Develop scalable reporting solutions that provide accurate and timely business insights.
- Ensure data quality and reporting consistency.
KPI Monitoring & Performance Analysis
- Define, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks using quantitative analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Data Management
- Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Support the continuous improvement of marketing data models and analytics frameworks.
- Maintain reliable and accurate reporting pipelines.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably within a SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting marketing analytics initiatives.
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices.
- Experience with Looker or similar BI platforms.
Soft Skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience in B2B SaaS.
- Background in statistical research or advanced analytics.
