Job description

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. In this role, you will support the Marketing organization by delivering actionable insights, monitoring campaign performance, and developing data-driven recommendations that improve business decisions. You will own marketing dashboards, define key performance metrics, and partner with stakeholders to optimize acquisition, engagement, and overall marketing effectiveness., Marketing Analytics

  • Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Marketing team.
  • Analyze marketing performance across paid search, paid social, email, organic, and other acquisition channels.
  • Provide insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Reporting & Dashboard Development

  • Build, maintain, and improve marketing dashboards.
  • Develop scalable reporting solutions that provide accurate and timely business insights.
  • Ensure data quality and reporting consistency.

KPI Monitoring & Performance Analysis

  • Define, monitor, and report on key marketing KPIs, including CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks using quantitative analysis.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Data Management

  • Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Support the continuous improvement of marketing data models and analytics frameworks.
  • Maintain reliable and accurate reporting pipelines.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business needs.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, or another quantitative discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience supporting marketing analytics initiatives.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced SQL proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices.
  • Experience with Looker or similar BI platforms.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Background in statistical research or advanced analytics.
