documentation for SAP QM processes, configurations, and user guides. * Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to end-users on SAP QM functionalities. * Collaborate with business process owners to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative SAP QM solutions. * Perform system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure the quality and integrity of implemented solutions. * Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP QM technologies and best practices to continuously enhance the system capabilities. * Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements. SKILLS: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP ERP QM module configuration, implementation, and support. * Strong understanding of quality management processes in a manufacturing or aerospace environment. * Proven experience with SAP QM functionalities including Quality Inspection, Quality Planning, Quality Certificates, Quality Notifications, and Audit Management. * Familiarity with integration points between SAP QM and other modules like PP, MM, SD, and PM. * Experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) in both Spanish and English. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a complex international environment. * SAP QM certification is highly desirable.WHICH BENEFITS WILL YOU HAVE AS AIRBUS EMPLOYEE?At Airbus we are focused on our employees and their welfare.
