Job description
- Provide disciplinary and functional leadership to the Spare Parts Master Data Management team
- Define, implement, and enforce global data governance policies and master data standards
- Manage and continuously improve master data processes within ERP environments such as SAP S/4HANA
- Support global ERP rollouts with focus on data structures, mapping, and validation of material master data
- Drive digital transformation by implementing automated workflows to improve data quality and consistency
- Collaborate closely with IT, SAP Inhouse Consulting, Controlling, Purchasing, Logistics, and international teams
- Ensure a synchronized, high-quality, and reliable master data foundation across the global spare parts network
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
- Several years of experience in Master Data Management within ERP environments, preferably SAP ECC or S/4HANA (MM, SD, FI, CO)
- Proven experience in leading teams or managing complex projects in an international environment
- Strong understanding of how master data impacts logistics and financial processes
- Experience with data governance frameworks and modern data integration tools is an advantage
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders
- Willingness to travel internationally, around 20-25%
