Learn more at Application Management Provide application support and consultancy through expert advice, guidance, and appropriate technical actions. Manage and resolve standard support tickets, following functional analysis and technical guidance from senior team members. Develop and maintain clean, reliable, and easily maintainable code and system configurations in line with Empresa confidencial best practices. Execute system tests using either provided or self-generated test data to ensure that applications and developments meet agreed specifications. Prepare clear and comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all issues handled. Organize and manage daily priorities and assigned tickets, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Regularly report on progress and status to the AMO Team Manager. Maintain effective communication channels both internally and externally, ensuring timely updates on issue status, resolution, and root cause. Demonstrate a solid understanding of HR processes and the overall SAP HCM system architecture. Qualifications Bachelor or Master's degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent.
