Who we're looking for: - 3+ years of professional fullstack development experience - Database experience in production environments, relational and/or NoSQL - Understanding of REST API design, microservices, and basic DevOps principles - Comfort working in regulated, high-reliability product environments - Open to relocating to Barcelona Your responsibilities may include: - Build and maintain features across the full stack, from database to patient-facing interface - Own features end-to-end across a platform used by 110+ clinics across Europe - Design and integrate REST APIs with frontend applications and third-party medical services - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to ship new features - Participate in code reviews and contribute to architecture decisions - Ensure reliability, security, and performance standards across a healthcare platform Nice to Have: -
