Requirements
querying and data manipulation, with good understanding of query optimisation and indexing in RDBMS or big data environments. - Experience with cloud-based technology and solution design, e.g., Microsoft Azure and Databricks. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Scala or R. - Hands-on experience across the data lifecycle - gathering, cleaning, visualisation and reporting. - Interest or experience applying AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in natural language processing or text analytics. - Previous experience in insurance is an advantage. - Can-do attitude, focused on delivering valuable, user-friendly solutions tailored to specific business challenges. - Eagerness to solve real business problems and persist through implementation. - Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. - Excellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are a
