Job description

Support the design, deployment and validation of Digital Workplace solutions prior to implementation. Collaborate in change management activities to facilitate adoption and promote new ways of working across the organization. Contribute to the implementation of cloud-based collaboration solutions managed by the Digital Workplace & Infrastructures team. Work primarily with Office 365 tools, with a particular focus on SharePoint, OneDrive and related collaboration technologies.

  1. Contribute to Digital Workplace transformation through business needs translation and user enablement

Participate in the Digital Workplace transformation by understanding departmental collaboration needs and current ways of working. Support the migration of existing collaboration processes into cloud-based solutions through SharePoint customization. Validate deployed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are fit for purpose. Provide user support and training when needed to ensure proper adoption and effective use of the solutions.

Requirements

Experience in Consulting or Project Management in technology transformational projects

Education: University; Technical or Engineer Degree

Languages: English and Spanish required. French appreciated Competencies: Reliability, detail focus, achievement driven and high standard of work quality:

Specific Knowledge required: Microsoft Office 365 (specially SharePoint) Office tools: advanced level of PowerPoint and Excel Microsoft Sharepoint Microsoft Certifications appreciated.
