Job description
Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures such as a godparent who will help you with practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months. Your mentor will guide you through onboarding and the entire career at ERNI, with regular 1:1 meetings and a development plan., You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-grade backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot. You will build scalable microservices and integration solutions while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability. You will collaborate with architects, frontend developers and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software and continuously improve development and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Java backend development and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and SOAP web services.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Helm, and Jenkins.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, service-oriented design, and microservices.
- Professional English communication skills and experience working in Agile environments.
