Global SAP SD Consultant

• Drive global SAP SD & Order-to-Cash initiatives across multiple business units.
• Be part of the company's SAP S/4HANA transformation roadmap.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders across Europe, USA and Africa.
• Lead projects involving AI initiatives, M&A integrations and continuous business improvement.
• Join a collaborative international HQ environment with significant visibility and ownership.
• Understand the Order-to-Cash processes and related Commercial processes (Trade Allowances, Promotional Management, Sales Reporting, etc.) and ensure a consistent implementation across the company's systems landscape.
• Partner with Business Units to understand their needs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build trusted relationships with Commercial stakeholders, acting as the bridge between business needs and IT solutions.
• Coordinate external IT partners supporting Commercial applications and processes.
• Maintain and continuously improve the Commercial Process Map.
• Support the Applications Management Service team in assessing, prioritising and designing solutions for incidents and change requests.
• Ensure critical commercial processes (monthly closing, inter-company sales, etc.) are properly supported.
• Lead Commercial application projects, expanding existing solutions into new geographies and supporting new business processes.
• Participate in global transformation initiatives including SAP S/4HANA upgrades, AI-enabled initiatives, M&A integrations and commercial process evolution.

• 5+ years of experience delivering SAP SD / Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SD, including Customer Master Data, Product Master Data, Sales Orders, Deliveries, Billing, Returns, Credit Notes, Profitability Analysis, Credit Management and Intercompany Processes.
• Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments or participating in S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Exposure to AI-enabled business solutions or AI-driven process improvements will be considered a strong advantage.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.
• SAP certifications are a plus.
• Ability to act as a trusted Business Partner, communicating effectively with senior business stakeholders.
• Strong Project Management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across international teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Comfortable working in multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately once every 3-4 months).
