Systems & Infrastructure Engineer en Barcelona

Provide Level 2 support for IT infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance.

• Manage and resolve medium- to- high complexity technical incidents.
• Collaborate in system and platform integration projects, including ERP environments.
• Support infrastructure deployments, including servers, networks, and communication systems.
• Monitor and maintain systems, servers, and network performance.
• Work closely with senior network administrators on deployment and mapping initiatives.
• Document technical environments, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.

Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or Infrastructure Engineer (L2 / mid- level) .

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux) .
• Solid understanding of networking and communications (intermediate level) .
• Experience managing general IT infrastructure (servers, virtualization, etc. ) .
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently.
• Previous exposure to environments with multiple system integrations is highly valued.
• Proactive mindset with strong teamwork and communication skills.
