Job description

As a Strategy Consultant - Customer Strategy, you will partner with senior executives and cross-functional teams to develop actionable strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all touchpoints. This role requires a deep understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and business model innovation to define and drive customer-centric strategies.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct In-Depth Research: Conduct in-depth research, competitive benchmarking, and customer journey analysis to identify growth opportunities and design differentiated customer value propositions.

  • Develop Strategic Roadmaps: Lead the development of strategic roadmaps that integrate digital, data, and operational capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Design Value Propositions: Design customer value propositions that are data-driven, scalable, and aligned with brand positioning and enterprise goals.

  • Create Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop go-to-market strategies that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all touchpoints.

  • Plan Transformations: Plan transformations that integrate customer strategies with business objectives and evolving market demands.

Requirements

  • Customer Behavior Analysis: Exposure to analyzing customer behavior, preferences, and pain points to inform customer-centric strategies.

  • Market Dynamics Understanding: Experience working with market dynamics, including competitive benchmarking and trend analysis, to identify growth opportunities.

  • Business Model Innovation: Exposure to business model innovation principles and practices to design differentiated customer value propositions.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience working with data to inform strategic decisions and measure business outcomes.

  • Digital Transformation: Exposure to integrating digital capabilities into strategic roadmaps to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Data Analytics Tools: Exposure to data analytics tools and techniques to inform strategic decisions and measure business outcomes, enhancing customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

  • Digital Platform Knowledge: Experience working with digital platforms and technologies to integrate capabilities into strategic roadmaps and deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Market Research Methodologies: Exposure to market research methodologies, including competitive benchmarking and trend analysis, to identify growth opportunities and design differentiated customer value propositions.
