Job description
In this role, you will be responsible for building and supporting platforms that enables the business to perform service operations, more specifically within the HR Portfolio. Business processes demand on the design, build and support processes to deliver business services effectively.
This role participates in a rota that provides support across multiple time zones. As part of this arrangement, you may be required to work Sunday to Thursday, 6:00am to 2:00pm (UK time) on a rota basis.
You may be required to provide occasional support outside of normal working hours to ensure service continuity and support business-critical applications.
Core duties:
- Management of end-to-end support for HR Portfolio applications, engaging with vendors and stakeholders, and resolving operational issues
- Maintain Cyber Security posture through assurance and governance reviews
- Engage in major incidents, driving service restoration and root cause remediation
- Maintain and use deployment systems, including ServiceNow, supporting regular updates and hotfixes across multiple platforms
- Partner with Administrators, Developers and Product Owners to deliver the technology vision, strategy and enhanced end-user functionality
- Create and document Service Operations procedures for IT activities to ensure uptime and achieve SLA targets
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise application support and administration, including technologies such as Active Directory, ServiceNow or equivalent platforms
- Relevant experience of using IT frameworks e.g. ITIL, CompTIA
- Awareness of Cyber Accreditations used in Enterprises such as ISO27001, Cyber Essentials / Cyber Essentials+
- Experience working with provisioning partners to deliver a unified service
- Awareness of Agile/Release principles and how they can be used to manage products

Salary: £33,000 + dependent on experience
