Working within our Technology & Change team, you'll play a pivotal role in improving the digital products that underpin our award-winning travel experiences. You'll partner closely with our Digital Product Owner, wider technology teams and external development partners to bring impactful change to life. This is a chance to step into a role with strong autonomy, meaningful strategic influence, and involvement in major digital workstreams including booking systems, CRM, and data platform evolution.
What you'll be doing:
As the Digital Business Analyst, you will:
- Develop a detailed knowledge of Riviera products, business processes and systems.
- Working directly with the digital Product owner, internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers using Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver the digital development roadmap.
- Produce and/or assist in the production of required documentation such as use cases, user journey mapping, user stories and acceptance criteria(using gherkin syntax)
- Consult with the digital PO and a variety of business stakeholders to establish how best to implement desired changes in line with business priorities and constraints
- Actively seeking to enhance your own knowledge of the digital landscape and latest development trends.
- Keeping abreast of Agile and Waterfall best practices, championing these throughout the business.
- Being customer and commercial focussed inwork approach

Requirements
- A minimum of 4+ years Business Analysis experience within an ecommerce or a customer related industry
- Able to explain complex information in a clear, concise and easy-to-understand way.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to different levels of audience.
- Ability to engage and work collaboratively across different business functions
- Experience of using tools Jira, confluence or Azure Devops for managing work in sprints
- Clear understanding of the full SDLC in an Agile environment
- Understands the need to meet NFRs, data and reporting requirements as part of development specifications
- Knowledge of technical infrastructure and its interdependencies.
