Job description
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will support the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, reporting and analytics. This HR Systems & Process Advisor role would suit someone who enjoys working with data, systems and practical process improvement.
- Manage, maintain and improve HR information systems, including SuccessFactors and related platforms
- Produce HR dashboards, reports, KPI data and workforce analytics
- Analyse people data and translate findings into clear, useful insights
- Maintain accurate, consistent and reliable HR data across employee records and reports
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate HR processes
- Support HR digital transformation, system enhancements and SuccessFactors improvements
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and managers to improve people data and reporting
- Develop templates, workflows and self-service tools to improve efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR systems and digital tools
- Ensure employee data is managed in line with GDPR, data protection and company policies, This is a practical, hands-on HR Systems & Process Advisor opportunity where you can help shape better use of HR systems, people data and reporting. You will join a supportive team with hybrid working, flexibility and exposure to HR digital transformation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HRIS platforms., * Proven experience in HR systems, HRIS platforms, HR analytics, HR reporting or a similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle
- Advanced Excel skills, ideally including pivot tables, lookup functions, reporting, and analysis
- Experience working with HRIS platforms, with SuccessFactors experience would be advantageous
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain systems and data to non-technical users
- Comfortable handling confidential employee information
- Experience working with Power BI, would be advantageous but not essential, * HRIS: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
