- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Apply data science, statistical analysis, and predictive analytics to support business decisions.
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualisations using Business Intelligence tools.
- Support AI and data-driven initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor business performance through KPIs and predictive modelling.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis.
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business teams to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.

Technical Skills
Experience or knowledge of some of the following:
- Microsoft Excel
- SQL
- Power BI
- Python (Data Analysis)
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Statistical Analysis
- Machine Learning fundamentals
- AI and Generative AI tools
Exposure to Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, CRM systems, or ERP systems would be beneficial but is not essential., You'll ideally have achieved a 2:1 or above in one of the following disciplines:
