Data and Systems Specialist

• Manage user feedback and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver system-specific training.
• Assist with data manipulation and cleansing to support project migration.
• Support development and future plans for enterprise systems.
• Provide an interface between system users and developers for requirement gathering.
• Conduct system testing for both new and existing systems, supporting the Senior Integrated Systems Analyst as needed.

• Strong database or systems experience and skills.
• Able to manage workloads effectively.
• Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with both internal users and internal/external developers.
• Strong Excel knowledge and experience.
• FME experience in writing routines and using them.
• Understanding of some programming languages (e.g., Javascript, Python) - Desirable.
• Experience working on different platforms (e.g., Azure, Power Platforms) - Desirable.
