Job description

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing websites, maintaining accurate online content, and ensuring an excellent user experience.

As Website Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of company websites, updating content, monitoring performance, and supporting digital marketing activities alongside the Ecommerce & SEO Manager., · Update and maintain website content, including text, images, documents, and product information on our Magento website.

· Ensure all website information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with company branding.

· Monitor website functionality and resolve minor issues, liaising with E-commerce Manager when required.

· Optimise website content for SEO and support digital marketing campaigns.

· Upload blogs, news articles, and promotional content.

· Monitor website analytics and help produce regular performance reports.

· Test website updates and new features across desktop and mobile devices.

· Ensure compliance with GDPR, accessibility standards, and company policies.

· Product Photography and editing using Adobe Photoshop

· Product Video recording and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro

· Graphic and Print creation using Adobe InDesign

· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing and customer service, to ensure alignment and collaboration on website initiatives

· Content creation on the company's social media channels, including LinkedIn

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in website administration using website content management systems (ideally Magento 2)., · Previous experience administering websites or content management systems (CMS) preferably gained in a b2b environment or as part of a vocational qualification

· Experience with platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS. Magento is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload

· Knowledge of SEO best practices

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.

· Experience working within an established marketing team, either for an agency or in-house

Desirable:

· Good understanding of web technologies, including HTML and CSS.

· Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

· Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro and InDesign)

· Familiarity with website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics GA4

Hours: Either 7.30am - 4.00pm or 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
