  • Work with engineering, operations and business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenge assumptions and turn domain needs into pragmatic digital solutions.
  • Build AI-enabled capabilities into stakeholder-facing applications, applying GenAI and agentic AI patterns where they create measurable business value and can be governed safely.
  • Support enterprise scaling of AI adoption by contributing to practical use cases, secure integration patterns, cost-aware implementation and approved-tool usage.
  • Contribute to architecture, software engineering standards, CI/CD, testing, deployment automation and maintainable cloud-native engineering practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in a senior or technically influential role. Strong full-stack software engineering capability, including
  • end and frontend development using modern languages and frameworks such as C#, Python, TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, FastAPI, React, Vue, Svelte or equivalent technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies, including practical use of LLMs, AI coding assistants, prompt engineering and integration of AI capabilities into applications.
  • Experience designing, developing, testing and maintaining production-quality cloud-native software systems.
  • Good understanding of software architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems, automated testing, CI/CD and modern development practices.
  • Ability to take ownership of complex technical problems and deliver pragmatic, maintainable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, deployment automation, platform operations, streaming systems, data-focused applications or ML Opsconcepts.
  • Experience in motorsport, high-performance engineering, aerodynamics, simulation, telemetry or other complex engineering domains would be beneficial but is not mandatory.
