We're looking for a driven and structured IS Project Manager to join our Group IT & Digital function, leading the delivery of impactful IT and digital initiatives across multiple business units.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering projects that directly support business performance, transformation and growth.
The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are structured, controlled and successfully implemented across the organisation.
Working within a central PMO, you'll collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and Commercial teams, driving alignment between business needs and technology solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects or workstreams
- Define scope, delivery approach, success criteria and expected outcomes
- Build and manage project plans across business and IT teams
- Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and delivery partners
- Oversee delivery phases including design, build, testing and implementation
- Manage risks, issues and dependencies, driving effective resolution
- Deliver clear, timely reporting to stakeholders and support decision-making
- Ensure business readiness and smooth transition into live operation
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering IT or digital projects end-to-end in complex environments
- Experience working across business and IT teams in structured delivery frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management across multi-functional teams
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners
- Strong planning, governance, risk and issue management skills
- Recognised project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent)
Desirable
- Experience delivering infrastructure or enterprise systems projects
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering or operational environments
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
- Knowledge of tools such as MS Project, ADO, Planner or Planview
Location: Leeds or Doncaster with the ability to travel across different sites
