Your immediate flagship project will be to architect, plan, and execute the live rollout of ServiceNow's Automated Test Framework (ATF), paving the way for seamless future upgrades and robust platform resilience., In this role, you will work at the direction of the internal delivery team, adapting to shifting program priorities as we evolve. Core activities include:

• ATF Strategy and Delivery: Define the high-level implementation plan and approach for the Automated Test Framework, taking it from initial architecture straight through to Live deployment.
• Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and optimize end-to-end service management processes, translating Ofsted's business requirements into scalable, efficient solutions.
• Knowledge Transfer: Act as a technical mentor, upskilling Ofsted's key internal stakeholders and technical staff to ensure long-term self-sufficiency on the platform.
• Platform Guardrails: Build robust, upgrade-resilient test suites that safeguard critical workflows without disrupting daily production.
