Lead Developer

• Lead a team of five developers maintaining and improving our internal software systems
• Understand our business needs and liaise with users to define enhancements
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
• Contribute to programming tasks
• Oversee system design and architecture
• Support the delivery and maintenance of software used across our company
• Work closely with the Head of Systems, DB & API and key business leaders
