- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements .
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and/or Qlik.
- Build and support business process automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop and maintain low-code applications using Microsoft Power Apps to enhance operational workflows.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Support end-to-end delivery of analytics and automation solutions, from requirements through deployment.
- Facilitate project planning, tracking, and status reporting to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Work cross-functionally with technical teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and system functionality .
- Perform testing, validation, and user acceptance support for dashboards and applications.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, and business processes.

Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support data analytics, visualization, and process automation initiatives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
This role blends strong business analysis and project management capabilities with hands-on experience in dashboarding and low-code automation tools. The ideal candidate will translate complex business needs into actionable solutions using visualization platforms and Microsoft Power Platform technologies., · Collaborating, influencing, and building consensus through constructive relationships and effective listening, * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics)
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or related roles
- Demonstrated experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ideally, you'll also have
- Experience with Tableau, Qlik, ArcGIS, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or Foundry.
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI governance, and model validation practices.
- Federal government or law enforcement analytics experience.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative field.
Due to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector, work may be required to be completed at client, EY and/or contractor sites. Our goal is to assign professionals to projects within a commutable distance of their work location office. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs. Candidates should be willing to travel 20 - 30% or more.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $106,200 to $194,600. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $127,400 to $221,100. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
