The Full Stack Principal Engineer is a senior, hands-on technical leader responsible for defining system architecture, driving engineering excellence, and delivering scalable, resilient, production-grade solutions. This role partners closely with engineering teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to solve complex problems, translate strategy into executable designs, and actively contribute high-quality code and automation.
This role also leads the adoption of AI-first engineering practices, including leveraging machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and agentic architectures to accelerate development, improve system intelligence, and enable autonomous or semi-autonomous workflows across the product lifecycle.
Overall, the person selected for this role will provide deep technical leadership, domain specialization and expertise, and sets direction in developing and implementing solutions to address emerging business needs and strategies and also advances the overall design architecture and technology capabilities in accordance with industry developments. This role is also influential to Senior Leaders and provides guidance and governance to other technology groups and business areas.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Graduate degree
- Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering) or 15+ years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or platform engineering.
- 5+ years strong hands-on experience with Python and modern AI/ML ecosystems.
- 5+ years experience with LLMs, generative AI, and AI agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-based architectures.
- 10+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and DevOps practices.
