Job description
- Project Coordinator supporting integrated eligibility, Medicaid, SNAP, or related systems.
- Provide administrative, coordination, and technical support to the project team across system implementation or modernization efforts.
- Support onboarding, meeting logistics, environment access, and tool setup (project management, DevOps, document repositories, etc.), along with time-keeping and deliverable tracking.
- Maintain project documentation, repositories, and technical artifacts (requirements, design documents, configuration management assets, etc.).
- Support reporting, including status (defects, risks/issues, release milestones), action item tracking, and general project operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree. Additional Four (4) required in lieu of degree.
- Organized project support professional with technical coordination exposure.
- 2+ years supporting technology delivery projects or PMOs in government or consulting environments.
- Strong skills in documentation control, technical artifact management, scheduling, and action tracking with familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
- High attention to detail and reliability in supporting reporting and cross-team coordination.
- Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and stakeholders (state staff, QA, system vendors, etc.) without owning delivery decisions.
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
- Must be able to work AKST zone.

- Health savings account, The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
