Job description
- Analyzes IT data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Develops and maintains dashboards and reports delivering actionable insights.
- Collaborates with IT teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Evaluates technology solutions to enhance business performance.
- Monitors system performance and recommends optimization strategies.
- Supports project management activities related to decision support tools.
- Ensures compliance with data governance and security policies.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Experience supporting project management, data governance, and compliance initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong proficiency in data validation, data quality assurance, and technology evaluation.
- Ability to analyze complex data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
