Job description

The Marketing Technology Coordinator works closely with the Sales Manager to focus on certain agent and branch functions in order to provide necessary support to the agents and branch to create a more effective and efficient branch operation., * Proactively reach out to newly hired agents to introduce yourself, set up a first meet, and onboard technology

  • Schedule, promote, and train both groups and one-on-one on Howard Hanna Success Systems for marketing & technology with the goal of increasing adoption across branches

  • Schedule, promote, and train both groups and one-on-one on Howard Hanna marketing campaigns to promote the brand, including but not limited to

  • Monitor branch application usage dashboards

  • Coordinate agent outreach with the Branch Leader

  • Meet weekly with Branch Leader(s) to review agent activity, training schedule, and office needs

  • Monitor and respond to assigned helpdesk inquiries

  • Log training activities in Salesforce Time Log Entries

Requirements

  • Associate degree or 2 - 4 years of branch operations or real estate experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work well with a varied group of individuals while maintaining a positive and professional manner
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner with all levels of management, agents, and staff both in person and in writing
  • High organization skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to adjust direction when situation warrants
  • Work independently without regular direct supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and organize such that tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ability to present and demonstrate one-on-one or in a group environment in a manner that promotes the effectiveness of our tools to the Real Estate business
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, Customer Relationship Management, and willingness to learn and master Howard Hanna Success System of products
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite
