ASI is seeking customer-focused Computer User Support Specialists to provide enterprise desktop and technical support.
What You'll Do

Deliver desktop and technical support

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Install and configure workstations and peripherals

Support user accounts and Active Directory

Resolve service requests and document solutions

Maintain workstation inventories
Requirements
-
Active Secret Security Clearance
-
Associate's degree in a related field
-
3+ years of desktop support experience
-
DoD 8570 IAT Level I Certification
-
At least one current industry IT certification
-
Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred

Army or DoD IT experience

Microsoft 365

ServiceNow

Active Directory administration

Remote support experience
