Job description

We are seeking an experienced Principal - Data Integrations, AI & Data Strategy to lead enterprise data integrations & strategy, master data management (MDM), AI-driven data integrations and automation initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical depth and leadership capability to drive scalable, secure, and AI-ready data ecosystems across the organization.

What you will do:

  • Design and govern end-to-end Integration Architecture, defining standards for event-driven design, API lifecycle management, microservices communication patterns, and enterprise messaging frameworks.

  • Lead and execute enterprise Data Integrations Strategy, aligning data architecture, governance, and operations initiatives with business objectives.

  • Own and optimize Master Data Management (MDM) frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and regulatory compliance.

  • Drive AI enablement by building AI-powered systems integrations, building MCP servers with applications, integrating AI/ML tools, and supporting AI solutions deployment.

  • Architect and oversee complex system integrations, including data quality and consistency across enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, data warehouses, cloud systems) using modern AI-powered integration patterns and APIs.

  • Establish and champion DevOps and DataOps practices, embedding CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code into data and integration delivery workflows.

  • Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance data and AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience designing integration architectures including event-driven systems, API gateways, and service mesh patterns at enterprise scale.

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Strategy, Data Engineering, Integrations, or Enterprise Data Architecture.

  • Proven experience leading MDM implementations and enterprise data governance programs.

  • Hands-on experience with system integrations (APIs, ETL/ELT, middleware, cloud-native integration platforms).

  • Strong exposure to AI/ML data pipelines and analytics platforms.

  • Experience with DevOps toolchains (CI/CD, containerization, IaC) and applying those practices to data and integration pipelines.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise-scale initiatives.
