Software Eng (Dev) IV

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable software applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to build engaging digital experiences. You will contribute to technical design, drive engineering best practices, and help mentor other developers as part of a collaborative, agile environment.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, functional programming concepts, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to successfully obtain a gaming card which includes a through background investigation.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is one component of IGT's total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
