Senior Application Developer

As a trusted staffing partner, we are recruiting on their behalf to identify an experienced application development professional who can contribute to the design, implementation, and support of enterprise software solutions that drive business operations forward., The Senior Professional, Application Development is responsible for building, maintaining, integrating, and implementing software applications across the organization. Operating with minimal supervision, this role performs complex software application testing, quality assurance, configuration, installation, and ongoing support to ensure the smooth, stable, and timely deployment of new software and updates to existing applications. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performing technology solutions that align with business objectives., * Build, maintain, integrate, and implement enterprise software applications.

• Perform complex software application testing, quality assurance, and configuration.
• Install, support, and troubleshoot new and existing applications to ensure system stability.
• Coordinate the timely deployment of software updates and enhancements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure applications meet performance and reliability standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience building, integrating, and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
• Strong background in software application testing, quality assurance, and configuration management.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision on complex technical projects.
• Experience supporting software installations, updates, and troubleshooting in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders., * Prior experience working in a large, global enterprise environment, particularly within the agriculture, food production, or industrial sectors.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks, integration tools, and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of enterprise application lifecycle management and best practices for software deployment.
• Industry certifications related to software development, quality assurance, or application support.
