Senior SAP Functional Analyst (FM/GM | FI/CO | AR | S/4HANA)

Amtrak is seeking a Senior SAP Functional Analyst to support enterprise SAP initiatives across Finance and Grants Management. The role will serve as a functional expert responsible for SAP solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, business analysis, and stakeholder collaboration while supporting enterprise modernization initiatives across both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments. • Analyze business requirements and deliver SAP functional solutions.
• Configure and support SAP FM, GM, FI/CO, AR, and O2C processes.
• Participate in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation and enhancement projects.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate development activities.
• Support UAT, system testing, defect resolution, and production releases.
• Maintain functional documentation, knowledge repositories, and user manuals.
• Monitor application performance and resolve functional issues.
• Mentor junior SAP team members and support project delivery.

• Strong SAP Funds Management (FM) and Grants Management (GM) experience is mandatory.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Order-to-Cash (O2C) is required.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments is required.
• Strong business liaison and stakeholder management experience is mandatory.
