• 6-9 years of proven experience in data analysis, with strong capabilities in systems or implementation analysis
• Expertise in data exchange and corporate actions within a Defined Benefits context
• Proficiency in query languages such as SQL
• Experience with ETL tools like Informatica or Snaplogic is a plus
• Strong programming skills and familiarity with relational databases
