Job description
As the ERP Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for the ongoing development, customization, and support of the Epicor Kinetic ERP platform. You'll collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions while ensuring the ERP environment remains reliable, efficient, and aligned with operational needs., * Develop, configure, customize, and maintain Epicor Kinetic ERP applications and business processes.
- Utilize Epicor Data Management Tool (DMT) for data imports, exports, migrations, conversions, and ongoing data maintenance.
- Design and maintain BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, reports, and ERP customizations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
- Support ERP upgrades, testing, deployments, and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Epicor Kinetic and external applications.
- Monitor system performance and recommend process improvements.
- Create technical documentation for configurations, integrations, and system changes.
- Provide user support, guidance, and training on ERP functionality and best practices.
- Partner with manufacturing, finance, supply chain, sales, and operations teams to improve business processes.
Requirements
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and enjoys building solutions that make a measurable business impact., * 3+ years of experience working with Epicor Kinetic ERP in a development, administration, or technical support capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with Epicor Data Management Tool (DMT), including templates, data validation, imports, exports, and troubleshooting.
- Experience developing BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, reports, and Epicor customizations.
- Solid understanding of ERP processes across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, sales, and finance.
- Experience supporting ERP integrations and system enhancements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent ERP experience will also be considered.
