Job description

We are seeking an experienced IAM / SailPoint Developer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) to support enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing identity governance solutions, managing user lifecycle processes, integrating enterprise applications, and developing secure IAM solutions using SailPoint technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable identity management solutions across enterprise environments., Design, develop, and implement Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow). Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, connectors, and lifecycle events. Implement Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions for enterprise environments. Develop user provisioning and deprovisioning processes. Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle automation. Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and access governance policies. Develop and maintain REST APIs and SOAP Web Service integrations. Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), LDAP, and other identity sources. Develop custom solutions using Java and BeanShell scripting. Create and manage Access Requests, Access Certifications, and Role Management processes. Build and maintain application onboarding and identity integrations. Develop and maintain XML and JSON-based integrations. Support authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC). Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities. Utilize Git, Jenkins, and Maven for source control and CI/CD processes. Work within Agile and SDLC methodologies to deliver secure IAM solutions. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support. Requirements

Experience implementing enterprise IAM and IGA solutions. Experience integrating SailPoint with cloud and on-premises enterprise applications. Strong production support and troubleshooting experience. Experience with enterprise security and compliance initiatives. Knowledge of identity governance best practices. Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
