ASU EdPlus is a dynamic unit of Arizona State University focused on the design and scalable delivery of digital teaching and learning models to increase student success and reduce barriers to achievement in higher education. We advance the economic, social, cultural, and overall health of the local, national, and international communities served by ASU., * Assess the current state of active work; document what needs to be done, by whom, and by when, to bring clarity to work underway.
- Engage and align high-level stakeholders across ASU, facilitating collaborative decision-making and ensuring shared understanding of project scope, priorities, and outcomes.
- Surface decisions that need to be made, ensure they are raised to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner, and document outcomes so the team can move forward with confidence and shared alignment.
- Build, maintain, and socialize a comprehensive project plan including milestones, timelines, dependencies, and owners; ensure all stakeholders have a shared understanding of where the project stands and what is coming next.
- Respond to all inquiries regarding project status; prepare all post-project reports and summaries to ensure timely dissemination of information to all interested parties.
- Lead, support, and guide project team members, including internal and external members, to ensure the project's success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships that are essential for achieving project goals.
- Identify and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assume or coordinate other duties or projects as assigned or directed., Graduate Assistant, Intern and part-time positions are counted as half time for experience equivalency, meaning one year equals six months of experience., Notice of Availability of the ASU Annual Security and Fire Safety Report:

Requirements
Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved., * Evidence of a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience joining in-flight projects, assessing current state, and establishing structure and clarity where gaps exist.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, align, and build credibility with senior and executive-level stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
- Evidence of excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated strong documentation and organization skills.
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Evidence of PM certifications such as PMP and/or Scrum.
- Experience with Atlassian/Jira a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects forward with clarity and purpose.
Benefits & conditions
$70,000 - $80,000 per year; DOE
