Job description

  • Design, develop, and optimize cryptographic and security-sensitive software using C/C++.
  • Build secure, production-grade cloud-native systems.
  • Make architectural decisions focused on security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Develop Python scripts for testing, automation, and developer tooling.
  • Review code for memory safety, concurrency, secure coding practices, and overall system correctness.
  • Work with networking and security protocols such as TLS and IPsec.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build customer-ready security products.
  • Mentor engineers and help improve engineering best practices.

Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer specializing in Cryptography and Systems Development to join our on-site team. In this role, you will transform advanced cryptographic technology into secure, high-performance, production-ready software products.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with deep systems programming experience who understands operating systems, memory management, hardware interactions, and secure software development. You will help drive architecture, write and review security-critical code, design and optimize cryptographic algorithms and embedded firmware, and mentor other engineers.

Your expertise will power secure communications, data protection, and advanced hardware-software integrations across diverse platforms.

Role Type: Senior hands-on engineering / technical leadership, * 7+ years of professional experience developing systems software in C/C++.

  • Experience building cryptographic or security-sensitive software.
  • Strong understanding of secure coding practices and cryptographic implementation.
  • Experience optimizing low-level code for performance, security, and reliability.
  • Proficiency with Python for scripting, testing, and automation.
  • Strong debugging skills and experience using Git.
  • Experience with memory management, concurrency, compilation tools, and POSIX operating systems.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and secure communications (TLS and/or IPsec)., * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of container security, image signing, SBOM generation, vulnerability scanning, and software supply chain security.
  • Experience with virtual machines such as QEMU or Linux KVM.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
  • Experience building software for regulated or high-security environments.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) or equivalent
  • Docker Certified Associate
  • AWS Certified Developer
  • Linux Foundation Certified Engineer (LFCE) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)
