Job description

Insight Global's client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives and software products. This individual will oversee project execution from planning through deployment, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with extensive experience in project delivery, SDLC methodologies, stakeholder management, and team leadership. This role will partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Business Stakeholders, and Vendors to drive successful outcomes across a complex technology environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of experience managing technology projects, programs, or product initiatives. 6+ years of leadership or people management experience, including oversight of Project Managers. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Proven success delivering complex, enterprise-scale technology projects. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery environments. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience managing budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and third-party vendors. Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Aha!, Jira, or similar platforms.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Master's degree or other advanced degree. PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or related certifications. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD environments. Experience within the hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership industry. Experience building and scaling project management functions, processes, and teams.
