Job description
Reliability Engineer will be responsible for:
- Project management of strategic reliability projects.
- Define semiconductor components and/or modules/systems level reliability evaluation and/or qualification plans.
- Execute reliability evaluation and/or qualification plan, which will include conducting reliability stress tests, analyzing reliability data, presenting data results to management, writing up technical reports.
- Participate in Design Of Experiments, troubleshooting, and drive for solution for reliability test failures.
- Interface with Design, Test, Fab, Assembly/Packaging, assembly vendors, customers.
- Conduct special reliability study to obtain new technology reliability information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, * Understanding of semiconductor physics
- Strong knowledge of statistical models and data analysis
- Strong ability to communicate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize numerous competing demands, and problem solve decisively
- Ability to critically think and react to a dynamic environment.
- Familiar with database programming and displaying data to a graphical user interface.
- Knowledge of system-level reliability is a plus

The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $86,480 to $118,910.
- Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
