Job description
The Product Owner is a key strategic role responsible for guiding the vision, development, and success of platform and digital products across the enterprise. This position serves as the bridge between business objectives and technical implementation. You will work with stakeholders to develop business cases, define and prioritize features, assess tradeoffs, and ensure delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value., * Define Product Vision: Establish and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
- Manage Product Backlog: Full ownership of managing, grooming, and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with customers, business leaders, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
- User Story Development: Write detailed, clear, and actionable user stories and epics, incorporating technical requirements and constraints.
- Sprint Planning & Review: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Quality Assurance: Review and accept completed work, ensuring it meets quality standards and business requirements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track product performance and progress toward strategic goals using KPIs and user feedback.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve conflicts or obstacles that may hinder product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technical discipline such as Business, Engineering, STEM, or related field
- Certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO, and PMP are a plus., * Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a closely related role.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end product feature development or full product launches
- Hands-on experience with product lifecycle management tools such as Jira, Rally, or equivalent
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and user testing practices to validate product decisions, * Technical background with an understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud technologies, databases, and software development practices.
- Data & Analytics: Use data-driven insights to support decision-making, monitor product performance, and inform roadmap planning.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is a plus
