Job description
- Coordinate and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
- Manage dependencies and provide visibility into team delivery plans and progress.
- Act as a servant leader to support teams in resolving impediments and achieving sprint goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team and across multiple Scrum teams.
- Support delivery management and oversight for key projects within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Experience supporting offshore teams, particularly Shannon - Offshore support.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Business analyst experience to help understand and analyze business needs.
- Prior experience in Capital Markets, especially in Fixed Income or Derivatives.
- Certifications such as Scrum Master/PMP, with familiarity in Quartz or Trading applications, and scripting skills in Python or SQL.
